<br />City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />January 14,2009 <br /> <br />Mayor Capra reported that the Police Governing Board completed the Job Performance <br />Standards for the Chief of Police, and the Job Performance Standards for the Captain and <br />Sergeants are almost complete. She stated that the other Job Performance Standards will <br />be completed by the end of March or the first part of April. A full review of all positions <br />will take place the end of June or the first part of July. <br /> <br />3. Park & Recreation Committee <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee reported that the upcoming Festival of the Lakes 8K Run will be a big <br />event. In addition. other events are also being planned by the Committee. <br /> <br />-- <br />Councilmember Lee stated that the Park & Recreation Committee is actively seeking - <br />volunteers to help with the 8K Run and the Parade. He stated that all contact information <br />for prospective volunteers is on the website. <br /> <br />4. PlanninlI & Zonin~ Commission <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers reported that Mortenson presented a slightly different <br />vision of their Phase 1 and Phase 2 plans. <br /> <br />X.
