A lot or parcel of land that has less than the required <br />minimum area or width, as established by the zone in which it is located; provided that <br />the lot or parcel was recorded as a legally created lot on the effective date of the <br />ordinance codified in this chapter. <br /> <br />LOT, THROUGH. A lot having its front and rear yards each abutting on a street. <br /> <br />LOT WIDTH. The horizontal average distance between side lot lines, measured at <br />the required front setback line. <br /> <br />MANUFACTURED HOUSING. Single-family detached housing that is built to the <br />National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, and <br />shall include structures known as manufactured homes or mobile homes. <br /> <br />MINERAL EXTRACTION. The extraction of soil, sand, gravel, rock or other such <br />material from the land. <br /> <br />MOBILE HOME. A dwelling capable of being transported by the provision of <br />wheels or on a flatbed truck and contains 200 square feet or more of living space with <br />utility installations, wiring and plumbing in conformance with local codes. <br /> <br />MOBILE HOME PARK. Any premises which has facilities to accommodate one or <br />more occupied mobile homes. <br /> <br />MOTOR FUEL STATION. An establishment where gasoline, diesel, kerosene, <br />motor oil and lubricants are sold or used in servicing motor vehicles and where usual <br />motor vehicle repairs and services are performed. <br /> <br />13 <br />
