<br />(3) The proposed development must be located in the city's urban service area <br />as shown in the comprehensive development plan, and all manufactured homes must be <br />individually served by public utilities as required for all new residential dwellings. <br /> <br />~ 156.020 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - EST ATE DISTRICT (R-5). <br /> <br />(A) Purpose. It is intended that the R-5 District provide for low-density traditional <br />single-family residential where public utilities are available and required for service.
