<br />CHAPTER 154: ZONING CODE <br />TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to Chapter 154: Amendments 154.004, 154.015, 154.018, 154.050-154.057, 154.110, <br />154.130, 154.140, 154.150, 154.170, 154.180, 154.181, 154.210, 154.263,154.310, 154.320, <br />154.330 and Appendix A. Chapter 154 is renumbered and reorganized as Chapter 156. <br />PURPOSE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS: <br />Planning for community development. Renumber and reorganize Chapter for ease of use. <br />EXPLANATION OF SUBSTANTIVE AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to fencing regulation; structural setbacks; parking space requirements; and landscaping. <br />Changes to procedures and standards for obtaining variances, conditional use permits, and <br />interim use permits. <br /> <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication <br />according to law. <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS PASSED 1/28/2008 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #30, SECOND SERIES <br />CHAPTER 156: ZONING CODE <br />TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to Chapter 156: Entirely new chapter added to code of ordinances.
