PaJ((651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-053 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ATTACHED PERSONNEL POLICY AND <br />REPEALING ALL PREVIOUS PERSONNEL POLICIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Centerville has drafted, reviewed and detennined <br />that the attached personnel policy shall be placed in effect upon a motion to adopt same <br />and its associated resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the attached personnel policy will <br />be effective upon motion to adopt same and its associated resolution (Res. #05-053). All <br />employees will receive a copy of said policy and be requested/required to submit a signed <br />acknowledgement of receipt and understanding of said policy. The signed <br />acknowledgement will become a part of the employees personnel file and will be <br />renewed on an annual basis.
