I, ESTABLISHING TAX INCREME~'T FINANCING DISTRlCT NO. <br />1-4 AND APPROVING AND ADOPTll'4G THE TAX INCREME!,rr FINA..~CING PLAN <br />RELATED THERETO, LOCATED WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL YED by the City CO\.ll1~il (the "Council") of the City of Centerville, Minnesota (the <br />"City"), as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recitals. <br /> <br />LOt It has been proposed that the City modify the Development Program for Development <br />District No.1, and establish Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-4 and approve and adopt the Ta){ <br />Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, located within Development District No.1, aU pursuant to and in <br />accordance with ~tinnesota Statutes, Sections 469.154 through 469.154, inclusive, and Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 469.174 through 469.179, inclusive. <br /> <br />1.02. Th~ Council has investigated the facts and has caus~d to be prepared a Moditied <br />Development Program for Development Dist..'ict No. ! and the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />Tax Increment Financing District No, 1.4 (the "Plao"). <br /> <br />1.03.
