City of Centerville City Council Meeting December 30, 2008 Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, to approve the December 30, 2008, Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES December 10, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes Mayor Capra made the following change to the Minutes: Change all references to "Councilmember Lee" to "Acting Mayor Lee" from Page 1 through Item 5 on Page 6. Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the December 10, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. V.
