APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions to the Agenda: <br />Consent Agenda, Item 1, added Page 14a <br />Consent Agenda, Item 6 -Changed "Sauna/Massage Establishment' to "Therapeutic <br />Massage Establishment <br />Consent Agenda, Items 4, 5, 6 and 7 -moved to New Business as Items 2, 3, 4 and 5 <br />New Business, added Item 7, Parks & Recreation Committee -Request for Support for the <br />Upcoming Festival of the Lakes 8K Run <br />Announcements/LJpdates, added Item 2, Police Governing Board <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers, <br />to approve the January 14, 2009, Agenda as amended.
