Concrete <br /> <br />Advantages: Minimized maintenance, rollerblading (smooth surface), Vandal resistant <br /> <br />Disadvantages: High upfront cost, slow construction, add bridge weight (more steel <br />framing and higher foundation costs. <br /> <br />
