RESOLTUTION 92- page two I WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given and waived, as required by law, the City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the assessment for the improvement of the following: Construction of municipal water system extension to the following described parcel: NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4; OF SEC 24 T31 R22 EX THAT PRT DESC AS FOL: COM AT NW COR OF SD 1/4, 1/4, TH S ON W LINE THEREOF 766 FT TO POB, THE E & PRLL/W N LINE OF SD 1/4, 1/4 260 FT, TH S & PRLL WITH SD W LINE 167.54 FT, TH W & PRLL/W SD N LINE 260 FT TO SD W LINE, TH N ON SD W LINE TO POB; EX RED; SUBJ TO EASE OF REC PIN NO. 24-31-22-22-0001 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, that: 1. The original assessment for the extension of municipal water against PID No. 23-31-22-22-0001 as set forth in Centerville City Council meeting minutes payable in annual installments extending over a period of five (5) years, is hereby abated subject to the assessment set forth in this resolution. 2. The proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named therein, and the property therein included is hereby found to be presently benefited by the improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 3. The assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of five (5) years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1992. Installments shall bear interest at the rate of nine (9) percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the Assessment Roll. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of Assessment Roll until December 31, 1992. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one (1) year on all unpaid installments.
