He <br />requested that the City provide service to the property and that <br />his contributions to the sewer fund should take care of the cost. <br /> <br />Wi1harber noted that <br />replacement of sewer <br />infiltration concerns <br />Waste Control Commission <br /> <br />the City must plan for maintenance and <br />mains with the sewer fund. He noted <br />and the pressure from the Metropolitan <br />to address the issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee noted that the only request of Mr. Rehbein~s that <br />he is comfortable with is the sharing of cost for oversizing of <br />sewer lines. He also appeared to feel that the temporary lift <br />station is more to help just this development to construct now. <br />The temporary lift station would not contribute to the core City <br />sewer system. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wi1harber to direct the City <br />staff to work toward the reassessment of the Center Hills, Second <br />Addition, at such time that the project is declared complete, to <br />include credit for oversizing of sewer lines, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Burgstahler <br />Engineer to advise the contractor to proceed <br />receipt of the proper documentation from <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />to direct the City <br />on the bid upon <br />the City Engineer, <br />
