<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CENTER HILLS, <br />THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council met <br />discuss the development of the Center <br />and <br /> <br />on July 22, 1992 to <br />Hill, Third Addition; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gerald <br />developer of <br />presented a <br />Improvements <br /> <br />Rehbein, Vice President of R & R Leasing and <br />the proposed Center Hills, Third Addition has <br />petition dated June 8, 1992 for City Installed <br />on said development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gerald Rehbein has waived his right to appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gerald Rehbein has waived his right to an improvement <br />hearing; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />Such City Installed Improvement is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the June 8, 1992 petition for improvement; <br /> <br />CONTINGENT UPON: <br />a satisfactory negotiation of a possible cost split on the <br />temporary lift station and/or other improvements on the <br />Center Hills, Third Addition, by the appropriate City <br />Council members, staff and Gerald Rehbein, Developer. <br /> <br />Adopted by this Council this 22nd day of July, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />~~~y# <br />Clerk/Adm'ni t t <br />
