<br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />July 14, 1992 <br />page two <br /> <br />Prior to any further discussion or commitments to the finances of <br />the municipal building the City Council appeared to feel that the <br />following information would need to become available: <br />the guaranteed maximum price of the building; <br />verification of the annual income of the defease sewer <br />bond; <br />the financial status of the 1987 Street Reconstruction <br />Debt Service Fund as it stands to date; <br />and the determination of the appropriation of costs of <br />the building to the designated Tax Increment Financing <br />and water and sewer accounts. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />by Pelton to adjourn the meeting, <br />Meeting adjourned 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Tamara M.
