<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR THE CENTER HILLS, <br />THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council met on June 8, 1992 to <br />discuss the development of the Center Hill, Second Addition; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Maier, Stewart and Associates is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />Maier, Stewart and Associates is directed to work with City <br />staff toward the preparation of the plans and specification <br />for the municipal improvements on the Center Hills, Third <br />Addition; <br /> <br />CONTINGENT UPON: <br />- the developer submitting an appropriate escrow amount to <br />cover the cost of said Plans and Specifications; <br />the developer willingness to escrow appropriate funds and <br />absorb all costs of the City and the Developer can not <br />reach an agreement regarding the final plat or the <br />development agreement; <br />receipt of appropriate petitions for improvement of the <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />this 8th day of June, 1992. <br /> <br /><r~'tti~ <br />Clerk/Admi s ra r <br />
