<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER FUND CHARGES TO ACCUMULATE <br />FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE STORM SEWER <br />SYSTEMS WITHIN THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council met on May 27, 1992; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Centerville City <br />Council that it will become necessary to pursue storm sewer <br />issues within right of ways and easement areas; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville does not currently have storm <br />sewer funding; <br /> <br />LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that the City of Centerville will <br />adopt a storm sewer funding policy as follows: <br />Develo~ed Property <br />Residential Annual Fee $ 8.00 per residential unit <br />Commercial/Industrial <br />Annual Fee $24.00 per commercial/industrial <br />unit <br /> <br />New Construction <br />Residential <br />Commercial/Industrial <br /> <br />$200.00 per residential unit <br />$ 0.05 per square foot of building, <br />driving lane, parking <br />and/or other impermial <br />surface <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE THIS 27TH <br />DAY OF MAY, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />It:: ~ t6? <br />~J~ ~ .
