<br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING <br />DECEMBER 10, 1992 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a special meeting on December 10, 1992 <br />at the City Hall. <br /> <br />Attendance: Mayor Buckbee, Council members Wilharber, Pelton and <br />Dario. Absent: Council member Burgstahler. Also present: <br />Council member Elect Mary Jo Helmbrecht and Clerk/Administrator <br />Siebenaler and Tamara M. Miltz-Miller. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m. and explained that <br />this is a continuation of the December 3, 1992 hearing as <br />directed by the City Council at that meeting. Mayor Buckbee <br />further indicated that staff had made the necessary the legal <br />notice. The purpose of the meeting is to explain the budget and <br />receive public input into the taxation process. <br /> <br />There being no residents present to discuss the budget, Mayor <br />Buckbee closed the hearing to the public. <br /> <br />Council person Pelton recommended that, since the levy is not <br />being increased and the budget is limited, the budget be approved <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Council person Wilharber questioned the amount proposed for <br />revenue from the 1993 licenses and permits fees. <br /> <br />Tamara M.
