<br />RESOLUTION 92- 0'0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council met on it's regular <br />scheduled meeting date of February 12, 1992; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council discussed the application of <br />the Multiple Sclerosis Society to operate pull tabs at the <br />Kelly's Korner, 7098 Centerville Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Centerville will conduct an investigation of <br />the Multiple Sclerosis Society; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Multiple Sclerosis Society appears to take into <br />consideration the best interests of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY <br />COUNCIL approves the charitable gambling activity of pull tabs by <br />the Multiple Sclerosis Society at the Kelly's Korner; <br /> <br />Subject <br />resulting in <br />#51. <br /> <br />to the Multiple Sclerosis Society investigation <br />a positive finding and compliance to City Ordinance <br /> <br />Approved by this City Council February 12, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />~T' <br />..~.~~t~ <br />Clerk/Admi 'st a or <br />
