<br />RESOLUTION 92- 5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE PETITIONED DETACHMENT AND ANNEXATION <br />OF THE ROGER ACTON, SUSAN REHBEIN, GERALD REHBEIN, JAMES <br />BUSHINGER, THOMAS SHAUGHNESSY, JOAN SHAUGHNESSY, PATRICK GERMAIN, <br />BARBARA JUVAIS PROPERTIES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above property owners within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Lino Lakes are petitioning the Minnesota <br />Municipal Board for detachment from the City of Lino <br />Lakes and annexation to the City of Centerville; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above properties are contiguous with the City of <br />Centerville; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville can currently provide municipal <br />services to the above properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is unable to provide the <br />municipal service level of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties owners petition is attached to and made <br />a part of this Resolution; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the City of Centerville supports the petition action to be <br />initiated by the above residents. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Centerville City Council this 22nd day of January, <br />1992. <br /> <br />CJ~ ~c< <br /> <br />May' r <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~..~ <br />Clerk/Admi~o <br />
