Enclosed herewith and incorporated herein and marked
as Exhibit 2 please find a diagram of the aforementioned
properties as they relate to the detachment/annexation.

2. That the aforementioned property is presently within
the City of LinoLakes and abuts the City of Centervi I Ie on the
City of Centerville's eastern boundary, in the County of Anoka,
State of Minnesota.

3. That the property proposed for detachment and
annexation totals 111.11 acres.

4. That all of the aforementioned properties have no city
improvements thereon, that one parcel contains a residential
structure and the remaining parcels are undeveloped.

5. That this detachment/annexation would be in the best
interest of the property p~rposed for detachment/annexation
since the City of Centerville would be able to provide city
improvements and city services to the aforementioned
undeveloped property in a more efficient and timely manner than
can the City of Lino Lakes.

Furthermore, the aforementioned properties would benefit
from the City of Centervi lie's efforts to reduce the regulatory
floodplain in the area which Petition for Improvement is
currently pending before the Rice Creek Watershed District and,
if approved and completed, would result in substantial benefits
both physically and financially to the aforementioned
properties.
