Within 10 <br />days of the receipt of the request, the <br />Responsible Authority will inform the requestina <br />party of the estimated coste to provide the <br />summary data, or will provide a written state~ent <br />describing a time schedule for the preparation <br />including reaeons for time delays. or -will provide <br />a written statement to the requesting party <br />stating why the Responeible Authority has <br />determined that accees would compromise the <br />private or confidential data. The Responsible <br />Authority will charge the requeeting party costs <br />associated with the preparation of summary data. <br />The Responsible Authority '~ill provide an estimate <br />of the fee to the requesting party before <br />preparing the summary and may require payment in <br />advance of the preparation. <br /> <br />..~._.~. <br />
