<br />Pursuant to due call <br />City of Centerville <br />October 28, 1992 <br />hearing to order at <br />Pelton, Wilharber. <br /> <br />and notice thereof the City Council of the <br />held an assessment hearing on Wednesday, <br />at the City Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the <br />7:04 p.m. Present: Burgstahler, Dario, <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing was held for the improvement of a <br />municipal sewer and water extension for the property: <br />Property Identification Number: 14 31 22 42 0003 and <br />legally described as: <br />The South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 <br />of Section 14 31 22; subject to easement to Rural Coop <br />Power 6/24/63 United Power Association easement <br />partially released 12/19/72 <br /> <br />Property Identification Number: 14 31 22 43 0016 and <br />legally described as: <br />That part of the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the <br />southeast 1/4 of Section 14 Township 31 Range 22 <br />described as follows: commencing at the southwest <br />corner of said north 1/2, then east (assd brg) along <br />south line thereof 292.11 feet to point of beginning, <br />then north 1 degree east 142.29 feet, then south 63 <br />degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds west 95.56 feet, then <br />west 165.04 feet to east R/W line of Mill Road, then <br />north 1 degree east along said R/W line 60.01 feet, <br />then east. 150 feet, then north 1 degree east 212.08 <br />feet, then south 89 degrees 57 minutes east 5 feet, <br />then north 1 degree east 149.21 feet, then south 89 <br />degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds west 14.21 feet, then <br />north 4 degrees 40 minutes 49 seconds east 143.21 feet <br />to north line of said 1/4, 1/4, then east along said <br />north line to northeast corner thereof, then south <br />along east line of said 1/4, 1/4 to southeast corner of <br />north 1/2 of said 1/4, 1/4, then west along south line <br />of said north 1/2 to point of beginning; subject to <br />easement of REC; <br />commonly referred to as the proposed Acorn Creek development. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />No audience members were present to be heard regarding the <br />assessment. <br /> <br />Council members had no comment. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to adjourn the hearing, <br />motion carried unanimously.
