<br />I <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />Centerville held their regular council meeting on Wednesday, <br />December 28, 1983 in City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the <br />meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Present: Ayers, Baumann, <br />and Wilharber. Absente Zimny. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Baumann to approve minutes of <br />December 14, 1983 minutes, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Discussion on the grading/filling <br />of pond on W & G Rehbein property that is a concern ~rom <br />adjacent resident. Clerk to contact Gordon Rehbein to appear <br />at January 11th, 1984 meeting and advise city what they are <br />trying to accomplish. <br /> <br />Request letter from Lino Lakes on council's decision on 21st <br />Street improvement. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Baumann to approve animal <br />control contract with MAPSI for 1984, motion carried. Copy <br />o~ contract is on file with clerk. <br /> <br />\1 <br /> <br />Council reviewed audit proposals for 198) from Anderson & <br />Johnson, George M. Hansen Company and Abdo, Abdo and Eick. <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Ayers to accept the three year <br />fee proposal o~ Abdo, Abdo and Eick to do the audit for <br />City of Centerville, motion carried. <br /> <br />Council reviewed letter ~rom Rice Creek Watershed concerning <br />two advisory committees. Clerk will check further and report <br />at next meeting. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Discussion on sewer service rates being increased with <br />April billing. Will bring up matter first meeting in March <br />with ordinance change. <br /> <br />Councilman Wilharber advised council on joint powers task <br />force meeting December 19th. He will distribute copies of <br />proposed agreement with Circle ~ines, Lino Lakes and Center- <br />ville before next meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Baumann, second by Wilharber to pay current claimsp <br />motion carried. Copy of current receipts and disbursements <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Baumann, second by Wilharber to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
