<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, January <br />26, 1983, in City Hall. Mayor Savel a called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 PM. Present were: Baumann, Wilharber and <br />Zimny. Absent: L'Allier. <br /> <br />Correction was noted to minutes of January 12, 1983 as follows: <br />Page two, paragraph 3 - "Messrs. Savela and Wilharber reported <br />on the meeting attended with Lino Lakes, Circle Pines and <br />Lexington concer~ing joint fire protection. Meetings will be <br />rotated at city hall chambers. Motion by Baumann, second by <br />Zimny to appoint Des Englund and Tom Wilharber, representatives <br />for Centerville with Chuck Baumann, Gary Savela and Jerry <br />Sundberg as al terna te s. " <br /> <br />PETITONS AND COMPLAINTS: none <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Communication from Walt Williams was <br />manhole by the Twin Lakes Pavilion. <br />Williams about problem and report at <br /> <br />discussed on the raised <br />Mayor will contact Mr. <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />The clerk reported on receiving one bid on plowing out front <br />of fire hall and garage after heavy snowfall. She will attempt <br />to get additional bids and report at next meeting. <br /> <br />Park Committee Chairman reported Ken Carpenter has been working <br />on the small tractor and parts will cost approximately $100. <br />Consensus of council to put a bolt lock on north door of <br />warming house. <br /> <br />Animal control to be discussed at next meeting. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS I <br />Fee Schedule for City will be discussed at February 9th meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilharber advised council Fire Task Force meeting will be <br />at Lexington City Hall on January 27th at 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />The Futura Village Development will be reviewed by P & Z on <br />Tuesday, February 1st. The public hearing on Futura Village <br />is set for WedneSday, February 2Jrd in front of City Council <br />at 8:00 PM. <br /> <br />Fire Chief requested city attorney review the contract with <br />Capitol City Mutual Aid Association Suburban Fire Fighters. <br /> <br />Current claims were submitted: <br />Hugo Post office - postage $20.00 <br />Joe Perkowski - rink attendant $98.00 <br />Ron L'Allier - rink attendant $9J.64 <br />Larry Koch, Jr. - rink attendant $80.50 <br />Kyle Kruger - rink attendant $118.14 <br />Tony Marcello - rink attendant $101.50 <br />NSP - rink elec $25.19 <br />
