<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />October 26, 198J in City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the <br />meeting to order at 7:04 PM. Present were Baumann and <br />Zimny. Absent: Wilharber. Motion by Baumann, second by <br />Zimny to approve minutes of October 12, 1983 meeting, <br />mo tion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Orville Hughes will clean stove <br />in hall, discussion on outlet for truck on outside or <br />warming house instead of city hall, Beisswenger's have <br />estimate on repairing small tractor; will request copy <br />ror discussion at next meeting. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: Landscaping prOblem of property on Main Street <br />has been taken care of. Clerk reported Margaret Langfeld <br />assured her the County Park Department will cut:brush, etc., <br />on park side of Mound Trail. <br /> <br />Hospital representative from Centerville not filled as <br />yet. Clerk received three names of possible candidates <br />for position. <br /> <br />Discussion on payment to Soil Solidirication ror work done <br />on several manholes. Attorney will draw up Resolution <br />and Revenue Bond procedures to present at next meeting <br />for approval. <br /> <br />No reply from Lino Lakes on request for 21st Street <br />Improvement. Tabled until next meeting. <br /> <br />Harvey Karth has given clerk signed development contract <br />for Raven Industrial Park; clerk will request copy of <br />Certificate of Real Estate Value for discussion on park <br />fee payment at next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Al Schrader, developer of Royal Meadows, appeared <br />before council and discussion followed on the plat drainage <br />problem with L'Allier, presented council with copy of final <br />plat, plans and specifications on utilities installation <br />and discussion on letter from County Engineer's of rice <br />concerning accesses onto the County Road from within plat. <br /> <br />Clerk is to contact several parties on bids for cleaning snow <br />by hall, garage and rink for winter season; will report <br />at next meeting. <br /> <br />Council appointment tabled until next meeting due to not <br />having quorum tonight. Clerk will accept letters of <br />intent from residents even though deadline for acceptance <br />is past. <br /> <br />Mr. Don Mosher, representative from Senator Rudy Boschwitz's <br />office appeared before council for brief discussion on <br />federal programs. <br />
