<br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes - <br />July 13, 1983 <br /> <br />Resolution limiting the duration of regular city council <br />meetings was tabled at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Randy Zarbok, 1745 Heritage Street appeared before council <br />requesting variance to Ordinance #4. This request would <br />require a 4'1" variance on the side yard because of garage <br />construction of 22 x 24. p & Z approved variance on July <br />12, 1983 at their regular meeting. Motion by Zimny, second <br />by L'Allier to grant variance to Ordinance #4, TABLE B- <br />SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS-LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS, <br />R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (sewered) side yard setback, <br />Baumann opposed, motion carried. <br /> <br />Russ Almendinger, 1)05 Mound Trail, has requested city <br />to look at dead elm in right of way on Mound Trail to see <br />about removal. Frank will talk to fire department members <br />to see if they are interested in removing tree and advise <br />at next meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to authorize Chuck <br />Baumann to purbhase weed eater for the city in an amount <br />not to ~xceed $125. plus tax, motion carried. <br /> <br />The matter of advertising the City Bolen Husky mower was <br />discussed and ad will be put in paper for two weeks with <br />matter being taken up at August 10th meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to pay current <br />disbursements, motion carried. Copy of Receipts and <br />Disbursements is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Baumann, second by Wilharber to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:19 PM. <br /> <br />
