<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />May 11, 1983 in City Hall. Mayor Savela called the meeting <br />to order at 7:00 PM. Present were: Baumann, L'Allier, <br />Wilharber and Zimny. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Baumann to approve minutes <br />of April 27, 1983 meeting, motion carried. Motion by L'Allier, <br />second by Wilharber to approve minutes of Board of Review <br />on May 5, 1983, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Complaint of dogs barking at <br />night keeping people awake on Peltier Lake Drive, unslightly <br />yard at 1862 Main Street and advised clerk to write him <br />a letter to inquire about his plans for the landscaping of <br />yard quoting portion of ordinance relating to same and <br />carbon copy to Burke & Hawkins, City attorney; requesting <br />Lino Lakes to sweep our streets, discussion on the checking <br />of manhole leakage which has been completed as of today. <br /> <br />Ordinance l1A was discussed at considerable length. The <br />council consensus was not to adopt Ordinance but make <br />amendments to Resolution-REGULATIONS FOR AUTHORIZING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Wilharber to change #8, 9 <br />and add #10 and #11 which now would read: <br /> <br />Re sol u tion <br />REGULATIONS FOR AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY NON- <br />INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />Hours of 3.2 Beer Sale: Saturday - 8:00 AM until <br />8:00 PM; Sunday - 12:00 Noon until 8:00 PM. <br />Premises must be vacated by 10:00 PM on day of <br />activity. <br />Sanitation facilities in form of portable satellite <br />are to be provided - two in number. <br />Damage deposit is required by City in amount of $200.00 <br />in form of money order, certified or cashier's check. <br />No personal checks. Deposit will be returned to applicant <br />after ten (10) day hOlding period. <br />Applicant for permit will appear before City Council <br />at least ten (10) days before event. <br />Applicant is responsible for keeping traffic off of <br />Lavalle Drive during activity. <br />The area should be cleaned of debris, cans and bottles <br />when activity is finished. If the City is required <br />to clean up area after event, the responsible party <br />for the event will be required to reimburse the City <br />for their services. <br />The fee for 3.2 Beer permit is set at Twenty-five <br />Dollars ($25.00) plus Five Dollars ($5.00) for each <br />day the permit is to be effective. <br />The number of permits issued for 198J will not exceed <br />the number six (6). <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />9. <br />
