<br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes <br />April 1J, 198J <br /> <br />Letter from PCA concerning open burning was tabled until next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Harvey Cartier advised council of 4' x 2' damaged area inside <br />tennis court. <br /> <br />Discussion of mowing the park area this summer was turned <br />over to Park Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Baumann to pay current claims <br />as per attached list, motion carried. Copy of current receipts <br />and disbursements is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Letter from Walt Williams on infiltration in our sanitary <br />sewer lines was discussed. Letter is on file with the clerk. <br />Discussion followed with consensus of council to have Harvey <br />and someone from the engineering firm pull manhile covers <br />to see which ones are leaking. This would be the first step <br />in controlling infiltration and will be followed up when <br />this has been done. <br /> <br />Clerk read from P & Z meeting minutes the following: <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Prachar to recommend to the City <br />Council that the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Centerville <br />be amended to include R-4 Single Family Manufactured Housing <br />District - sewered, roll call taken: Ayers, aye; Prachar, <br />aye; Murray, aye; Lindgren, aye; Dupre, aye; Tourville, aye; <br />LaMotte, aye; motion carried. Discussion followed on the <br />(J) items P & Z will be working on: <br />(1) Amending Comprehensive Plan to include R-4 District; <br />(2) Drawing up amendments to Ordinance #4; <br />(J) Drawing up a Manufactured Housing District ordinance. <br />Motion by Baumann, second by Wilharber to allow P & Z to <br />proceed with amendment to Comprehensive Plan, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Baumann, second by L'Allier to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
