<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday November <br />28, 1984 at City Hall. Mayo L'Allier called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Ayer~ Baumann, Zimny, Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Z'mny to approve minutes of the <br />November 14, 1984 meeting wi h the following correction: <br />OLD BUSINESS: "Motion by Ay rs, second by L'Allier to amend <br />Ordinance #13, Section 9 to ead as follows: <br />Section 9. Hours of Sa e <br />-Subdivision 2. <br />Every licensee, except private club licensee shall <br />not conduct business on the premises between the hours <br />of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. <br />Monday through Saturday inclusive, or on any Sunday <br />between the hours of on o'clock (1:00) A.M. and ten <br />o'clock (10:00)'A.M., r permit the presence of customers <br />on the premises or the consumption of intoxicating or non- <br />intoxicating liquor by any person on the premises between <br />the hours of one-thirt o'clock (1:30) A.M. and eight <br />o'clock (8:00) A.M.
