<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />Centerville held a special meeting on Wednesday, March 28, 1984 <br />in City Hall. Mayor L'Allier cal 'ed the meeting to order at <br />6:18 PM. Present were Ayers and aumann. Absent: Wilharber <br />and Zimny.
