The Developer shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that all water service shutoffs are operable. <br /> <br />6. The Developer shall sweep and clean all curbing on the project for <br />inspection by the City Engineer for exposed tack coat or cracked <br />curbing. All such deficiencies noted shall be corrected by the <br />Developer by June 20, 1989. <br /> <br />7. The Developer shall provide materials for construction of two <br />barricades, one north of Shad Avenue and one east of the terminus of <br />Fox Run. Both barricades shall be erected by City staff 15' behind the <br />curb. <br /> <br />8. The Developer shall propose and implement a plan suitable to the City <br />Engineer which will address correction of surface blemishes in the <br />bituminous streets caused by inappropriate rolling, vehicle tracks and <br />spilt solvents. All corrective actions shall be accomplished by June <br />20, 1989. <br /> <br />9. The Developer shall regrade the ditches and extend culverts as <br />necessary at the intersection of Peterson Trail and County Road. 14 to <br />provide a 3:1 maintainable slope. <br /> <br />10. The Developer shall regrade and seed drainage ditch from C.B.# 4 <br />to Pond B. Seed germination and growth shall be reviewed June 20, <br />1989. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />11. The Developer shall inspect valve boxes for breakage and replace as <br />deemed by the City Engineer to be necessary by October 22, 1988. <br /> <br />12.
