Dr. Dear Mayor and Council, I just want to send you a short note about the road situation. I don't know how the outcome fmally shook down as I have been busy and out of town when all these Peltier Lk. meetings took place. I first want to say I was prepared to pay what the city said to pay. I knew we needed road and water. I was on the group who sued back in 1987. It cost us each a bunch of money for attorneys. After I that I ran for City Council and was elected in 1990. Now I am on the other side of the table fighting for the city as I am sueing myself. This was a wierd spot to be in. What ended up happening was there was a reduction in the cost of the roads and all received an equal share whether they sued or not. There was a presidence set when this happened. All I am asking is, if there is a reduction to everyone, that I am included in the same reduction as the rest, whether I signed a piece of paper that I was against the project or not.
