<br />due and payable with property taxes for the Owner's Property beginning in 2010. Except as <br />specifically stated herein, payment of this special assessment shall be governed by <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, <br /> <br />4.) The Owner(s) waives any rights of appeal available pursuant to Minnesota Statute <br />Section 429,081. These rights include but are not limited to waiving the right to appeal this <br />special assessment to a Court; waiving any claim that the special assessment exceeds the <br />benefit to the Owner's Property; and waiving all procedural and substantive objections to <br />the 2009 Street Improvement Project or special assessment. <br /> <br />5,) This Agreement shall be binding upon the Owner(s), and successors or assign to the <br />Owner's Property. Centerville, MN 55038, 651-429-3232. before the <br />close of business on February 20, 2009, otherwise the Agreement is null and void. A notary is <br />available at City Hall during business hours (8:30 a,m. to 4:00 p,m.) or by appointment. <br /> <br />7.) Before signing this Agreement. the Owner(s) has had the opportunity to seek <br />independent legal advice about the content and effect of entering into this Agreement.
