Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />1. Ordinance #30. Second Series. Chapters 150-155 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that the City Council adopted Chapters 150, 151, 152, <br />153,155 and 156. Because of the numerous changes, and to avoid confusion, Chapter 154 <br />was removed and renumbered as Chapter 156. City Administrator Larson added that new <br />pages for the Commissioners' books would be distributed shortly. <br /> <br />2. Lino Lakes Comp Plan <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the Lino Lakes Compo Plan. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that the City sent a letter regarding its Compo Plan but <br />has not yet received a reply. <br /> <br />3. Planninl!: and Zoning Commission Meeting Dates for the Upcoming Year <br /> <br />Chair Love requested that the Commission look at the meeting dates for the upcoming <br />year. The following was discussed: <br /> <br />At the Tuesday, March 3 Meeting, Chair Love and Commissioner Roland Parucd will be <br />absent. <br /> <br />At the Tuesday, April 7 Meeting, Chair Love will be absent (and possibly Commissioner <br />Roland Parucci). <br /> <br />No other absences are foreseen at this time for the remaining 2009 Planning and Zoning <br />Commission Meetings. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that one meeting date in the fall may have to be changed <br />due to the elections. <br /> <br />VI. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. January 6. 2009. Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Chair Love stated that, on Page 3, the section regarding the color scheme should be <br />reworded to only mention the color scheme one time. <br /> <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
