Further study will have to be <br />done by Fire District Commissioners before the titles are released <br />to insure their return if District is dissolved. <br />Des Englund asked reportors to remind people of the no-open burning <br />ban except for recreational p~rposes. <br /> <br />Discussion on street sweeping--no action being taken at this time. <br />Clerk will check on cost to the City. <br /> <br />Discussion on man hole covers on Center St. Mike Ayers asked if <br />man hole covers could be secured to prevent children from opening <br />them up and pos~ibly getting hurt in them.
