<br />/ <br />I <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />September 25, 1985 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Ayers, <br />Robischon, Zimny, Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Ayers to accept the minutes <br />of the September 11, 1985 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />Councilman Wilharber will be meeting with the residents <br />at Royal Meadows on October J, 1985, to discuss concerns <br />the residents have with their development. <br /> <br />Councilman Zimny received complaints on teenagers hanging <br />around town. The residents concerned with this problem <br />will be getting together to discuss it and then approach <br />the Council with their ideas. <br /> <br />- 'I <br /> <br />Councilman Ayers has received complaints on residents <br />dumping their yard waste in the ditches causing the culverts <br />to clog and not drain properly. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Lake Sanitation for a Fall yard waste <br />pickup. <br /> <br />Clerk will check into the ownership of lots on the corner <br />of Center Street and Centerville Road to have the weeds <br />cut. <br /> <br />Clerk will send letter to 1862 Main Street on the boxes <br />piled up in their yard and request they dispose of them. <br /> <br />Ed Adams, Ed's Trio Inn, 7084 Centerville Road, reported <br />a dog cornered his 3t year old daughter. Clerk will check <br />with the City of Lexington for information on their <br />ordinance regarding the removal of a dog from its owners <br />premises. Clerk will also contact White Bear Animal Control <br />to arrange two hours of patrolling on a Friday. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Lake Sanitation referencing the poor <br />level of service we've been getting lately. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Wilharber to adopt Animal <br />Ordinance #24-A and change the title of Ordinance #24 in <br />the ordinance index from Animal Ordinance to Dog Ordinance, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Yard cleanup at 1540 Peltier Lake Drive was tabled until <br />the October 9, 1985 meeting. Resident has filled one <br />dumpster. City will monitor to see it cleanup continues. <br /> <br />Clerk will check into the ado,ption of the Uniform Fire Code - <br />what it involves and how it affects the Centennial Fire District. <br /> <br />~ <br />
