<br />/ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereo~, the City Council <br />of Centerville held a public hearing on July 10, 1985 at <br />City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the hearing to order at <br />6152 P.M. Present: Ayers, Robischon, Zimny, Wilharber. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing was to hear all persons present <br />with regard to a side yard setback variance request for Lot <br />13, Block 1, Petersons Addition to Centerville, Minnesota and <br />including that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter, (SW i of the NE i), Section twenty three (23), <br />Twonship thirty one (31), Range twenty two (22); south of <br />Peterson's Addition north of center line at Clearwater <br />Creek, east of the west line if extended to Lot 13, Block 1, <br />Peterson's Addition, west of east line if extended to lot <br />a, block 1, Peterson's Addition. Subject to the right of. way <br />of County State Aid. Highway Number 14. Subject to other <br />easements of record, if any. <br /> <br />Members of the audience expressed their opinion on the <br />matter: Becky Stevens, 144 SW 7th Street, Forest Lake <br />Lawrence Peron, 1798 Main Street, Centerville <br /> <br />Mr. Perron questioned whether or not the undeveloped but <br />platted 8th Street would be moved with this variance request, <br />and was informed it would not. He also questioned why a <br />person who purchased a lot too small to build on was requesting <br />a variance now, and was informed the ordinance had changed <br />after the purchase of the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Zimny to close the hearing, <br />motion carried unanimously.
