(hereinafter "Group W"l, a Minnesota Corporation, is <br />constructing a cable communications system in the City pur- <br />suant to City Ordinance No. 41 ; and <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North Central Suburban Cable Communicatio~s <br />Commission has recommended certain amendments to the Ordi- I <br />nance and the execution of "Amended Agreement No. 1" betwe~n <br />the City and Group W~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council finds that the adopting and I <br />approval of the recommended amendments and Amendment Agree~ <br />ment No. 1 are in the best interests of the City; : <br />I <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of: <br />the City of Centerville: <br /> <br />1. That Amendment Agreement No. 1 is adopted by CitYI <br />as delineated in Attachment A to this resolution. : <br />I <br />2. That the Cable Communications Ordinance No. 41 ,i <br />is hereby amended at Article VI, Section 4.C.(2)~ Exhibit ~; <br />and Article III, Section 6 and 7 as delineated in Attach- <br />ments I, II, and III respectively to Amendment Agreement Np. <br />1. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />3.
