STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />RE-PLAT REQUEST FOR PIN #R23-31-22-41-0052 - (6995 - 20th Avenue South), <br />LAKE AREA UTILITIES, INC.) THE ENTIRE PARCEL SIZE IS 4.72 ACRES - <br />OUTLOT A, CENTER VILLA <br />TWO PARCELS WOULD BE MADE (1.73 ACRES CONTAINS EXISTING <br />BUILDING) & 2.99 ACRES WILL REMAIN VACANT UNTIL SUCH TIME AS <br />APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT IS APPROVED BY CITY HALL <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider <br />the requested re-plat submitted by Lake Area Utilities, Inc. (owner). The entire parcel <br />size is 4.72 acres. Lake Area Utilities, Inc. is requesting that two parcels be made: 1.73 <br />acres containing Lake Area Utilities, Inc. and 2.99 acres that will remain vacant until <br />such time as approval to construct is obtained by the City. Both lots will remain zoned <br />B 1 (Commercial) until further approval is granted if considered in the future. The <br />meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2009 commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above <br />request and the possibility of granting the re-plat as requested. The hearing will be held <br />in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. April 3, 2009.
