Local regulations, safety considerations and best construction practices will take precedent over these requirements; however it is the obligation of those who are overseeing the work performed to bring such discrepancies to the attention of the P & R Project Contact for further discussion. Project Requirements: 1) The arbor shall be located in the new park according to Park Concept B 2) The arbor shall be constructed similar to the proposed Arbor Concept B. 3) The arbor shall be of a design and materials to allow for an attractive appearance throughout its service life with minimal maintenance. 4) The arbor shall designed to reduce the risk/impact of graffiti or vandalism Clarification: Posts shall be made of steel and be relatively slim so as to lessen the impact of graffiti. 5) The color of the steel posts shall be dark brown. 6) The paint used on the steel posts shall be powder coat. 2009 Park Addition - Arbor Page 1 of 2 03/18/2009
