Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes 03-04-09 <br /> <br /> <br />Skate Night/Horse Drawn Hayride <br /> <br />The committee and Council Member Lee received excellent feedback from the community regarding <br />this event. It was a great success and well attended. This is an event the committee would like to <br />continue to hold each winter. <br /> <br />Project Requirement Form <br /> <br />Chairperson Seeley asked Ms. Stephan to forward an email copy of the draft Project Requirement <br />Document to all members of the committee for their review. We can then revise these documents to <br />incorporate comments and suggestions at our next meeting. Chairperson Seeley would like to start <br />using these forms as soon as possible and have the completed Project Requirements Forms included in <br />the minutes as a public record. <br /> <br />Solar Lighting <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Amundsen asked that this item be added to the agenda and he had supplied <br />information to Ms. Stephan via email. Due to the length of the meeting this item will be added to the <br />April agenda. Vice-Chairperson Amundsen also requested a discussion of birdhouses be added to the <br />April agenda. <br /> <br />VII.
