What have you liked best about our service? What would you like to see us continue? <br />Mark has done a good jab of watching and protecting the City's interests on our projects. <br />Monthly updates are helpful and recently implemented project budget accounting will be <br />useful In monnoring performance. Mark has been sensitive to Council concerns and <br />responded promptly. <br />. What have you not liked or least valued about our service? <br />Communication was not timely in reporting overrun of service budget on CSAH 14 Project. <br /> <br />. What suggestions (an you share with us to improve our service? <br /> <br />Continue to monitor the hours worked on our projects and keep council informed monthly. <br />We should implement a new contract this year.
