<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />'Estafifisficc{ 1857 <br /> <br />1880 :Main Street, CentervifIe, M:N 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or 'F~ 651-4298629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RES. #09-L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF ARRA <br />TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT GRANT APPLICATION TO THE <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has solicited applicants for funding through the <br />American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has an Enhancement Project approved for grant <br />funding in 2012; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ARRA funding would permit construction of the project in 2009. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of <br />Centerville, authorizes the submission of an application for ARRA grant funds through <br />Metropolitan Council and the Mayor and Administrator are hereby authorized to execute <br />necessary documents to facilitate the grant. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council the _ day of March, 2009. <br /> <br />Mary Capra, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
