<br />fo~1'84 and 1985 to cover the Member Cities financial
<br />contributions to the Commission dur inqtbos€~ years.

<br />WHEREAS, City has determined that this r:ecommended plan of repayment
<br />of advances on franchise fees is fair and equitable, and
<br />in the best interest of City to continue working cooperatively
<br />with the other Member Cities of Commission.
<br />
<br />r ROW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
<br />of Centerville :

<br />The City approves the plan fqr repayment of advances on
<br />fr.~chise fees set forth by the North Central Suburban Cable
