<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held a special meeting on February 24, 1986 <br />at City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to interview <br />applicants for the vacant council position. <br /> <br />Four applicants were scheduled to interview as follows: <br /> 6:30 P.M. Walter Neumann <br /> 1989 South Robin Lane <br /> 7:00 P.M. Katrina Vermeulen <br /> 1645 Peltier Lake Drive <br /> 7:30 P.M. David Lutz <br /> 7170 Shad Avenue <br /> 8:00 P.M. Carol Fritchie <br /> 1637 Peltier Lake Drive <br /> <br />Mr. Neumann did not appear for his interview.
