<br />Page Three - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 8, 1986 <br /> <br />CITY ENGINBER - Maier, Stewart & Associates <br />CABLE TV REPRESENTATIVE - Ted Gonsior, Alternate - Dick Robischon <br />AUDITOR - Abdo, Abdo & Eick <br />ANIMAL CONTROL - White Bear Animal Control <br />ACTING MAYOR - Tom Wilharber <br />MILEAGB RATE - 22i per mile <br />PARK & RECREATION COMMITTBB - Larry Koch, Floyd Kruger, Lloyd <br />Welk, Maureen Aslesen, Leon L'allier- <br />council liaison. <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMITTEE - Dan Tourville, Elmer Murray, Bob <br />Lindgren, Kathy Welk, Peter Buesseler, <br />Alternating council liaison. <br />FIRE MARSHALL - Centennial Fire District <br />COMMUNITY EDUCATION REPRESENTATIVE - Stacy Lundblad <br />TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT- <br />Peter Buesseler. <br />DISTRICT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL BOARD - Marie Winn, Alternate - Mary <br />Ann Thill <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Wilharber to appoint the <br />above designations for 1986, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Concil is looking for people to fill the following <br />appointments: PARK & RECREATION COMMITTE~ - 1 member, CIVIL <br />DEFEN~ DIRECTOR - 2 members, FIRB COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES- <br />2 members, COMMUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE RICE CREEK <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT - 1 member. <br /> <br />Clerk will notify Quad Press of openings needed to be filled. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to adopt the Resolution <br />approving Fee Schedule for 1986, motion carried unanimously. <br />Copy of Fee Schedule is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to table renewal of <br />Ben Henrich's Special Use Permit until Mr. Henrich can <br />appear at the Council meeting to discuss some concerns, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to get back to Anoka <br />County on L & G Rehbein's hazardous waste generator's license <br />application, requesting clarification of the following: <br />at what location, what process is creating this waste, what <br />method of disposal will be used, what contingencies there <br />are for handling spills, is this waste the result of a <br />new process or was it generated in the past, if this waste <br />was generated in the past what was done for disposal, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CouncilmanWilharber recapped highlights of the Planning & <br />Zoning meeting held on January 7. <br /> <br />Clerk will obtain two copies of Roberts Rules of Order. <br />
