Consequently, I would ask that this letter be made part <br />of your street improvement hearing minutes. <br /> <br />As the personal representative of the estate of Albert A. L'Allier, <br />please accept this letter as a formal notice to the City of <br />Centerville of my intent to appeal the street assessments against <br />property owned by the estate of Albert A. L'Allier. <br /> <br />The appeal would in part be based on the belief that the cost of <br />assessments would exceed the benefit to the subject property. It <br />is also possible that the assessments would adversely affect the <br />salability of the property. There might well be other reasons for <br />the appeal which I am not aware of at this time. <br /> <br />In the event an assessment is upheld by a court against the prop- <br />erty owned by the estate, I hereby request deferral of the assess- <br />ment until such time as the property is developed and/or sold. <br /> <br />Would you please correct your records to show that my mailing <br />address is: 24297 Heath Avenue, Forest Lake, MN 55025. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />9/~Jl;:&~ <br /> <br />RalPh M.
