TRANSFER OF LICENSE No license issued under this ordinance may be transferred without the approval of the Council. Any transfer ot stock of a corporate licensee IS c1....~ to be. transfer of the license, and a kanster ot stock without prior Coundl approval is a ground for revocation of the license. An .pplieation to transfer a license shall be treated the same as an applieation for a new license, and all of the provisions of this code applying to applieatiollll for a Ucense shall apply.
