<br />\w) Such other information as the City Council <br />may require. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 Qualifications of Applicant. No license <br />shall be issued to any applicant who does not meet the <br />following qualifications: <br /> <br />'(a) Applicant must be the actual owner of the <br />licensed business. <br /> <br />(b) Applicant can not have been convicted, <br />within five (5) years of the date of the <br />application of any felony, or any two (2) <br />crimes other than a felony or of any willful <br />violation of any law dealing with the sale, <br />possession, manufacture or transportation of <br />any alcoholic beverage. If such conviction <br />within the United States shall have resulted <br />in a forfeiture of civil rights, the five <br />(5) year period shall begin to run at the <br />date of restoration of civil rights. <br /> <br />(c) Applicant must be 21 years of age or older. <br /> <br />(d) Applicant must be of good moral character <br />and repute. <br /> <br />(e) If the applicant is a partnership, all <br />partners must qualify in the same manner as <br />individual applicants. If the applicant is <br />a limited partnership, only the general <br />partners must qualify. <br /> <br />(f) If the applicant is a corporation,_ it must <br />be authorized to do business in Minnesota. <br /> <br />(g) No license shall be issued or transferred to <br />any person who has had a license revoked <br />within five (5) years prior to the date <br />application under the terms of this chapter <br />or the statutes of the State of Minnesota, <br />nor shall any license be issued or <br />transferred to the spouse of such person. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Execution of Application. If the <br />application is by a natural person, it shall be signed <br />and sworn to by such person; if by a corporation, by <br /> <br />Chapter 4 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />,,,, <br />
