<br />, <br /> <br />provided proof of financial responsibility imposed by <br />Minnesota Statutes by filing with the City a certificate that <br />there is in effect an insurance policy or pool providing <br />minimum coverages of (1) ~lOO,OOO.O because of bodily injury <br />to anyone person in anyone occurrence, and, subject to the <br />limit for one person, in the amount of ~300,OOO.00 because of <br />bodily injury to two or more persons in anyone occurrence, <br />and in the amount of ~lO,OOO.OO because of injury to or <br />destruction of property of others in anyone occurrence, and <br />(2) ~50,000.00 for loss of means of support of anyone person <br />in anyone occurrence, and, subj ect to the limit for one <br />person, ~100,000.00 for loss of means of support of two or <br />more persons in anyone occurrence. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Documents Submitted to Commissioner. All <br />proofs of financial responsibility and exemption affidavits <br />filed with the City under this Section shall be submitted by <br />the City to the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.14 . <br />UNLAWFUL ACTS. <br /> <br />MINORS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 5.01- <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Consumption. <br /> <br />It is unlawful for any: <br /> <br />A. Licensee to permit any minor to consume <br />alcoholic beverages on licensed premises. <br /> <br />B. Minor to consume alcoholic beverages <br />except in the household of the minor's parent or guardian, <br />and then only with the consent of such parent or guardian. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Purchasing. IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON: <br /> <br />A. To sell, barter, furnish, or <br />alcoholic beverages to a minor unless such person is <br />parent or guardian of the minor, and then only <br />consumption in the household of such parent or guardian. <br /> <br />give <br />the <br />for <br /> <br />B. Minor to purchase or a ttempt to purchase <br />any alcoholic beverage. <br /> <br />C. To induce a minor to purchase or procure <br />any alcoholic beverage. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Possession. Possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor at <br />a place other than the household of the parent or guardian is <br />prima facie evidence of intent t.o consume it at a place other <br />than the household of his/her parent or guardian. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.
