The City of Lexington does hereby ordain <br />that all prohibition of Sunday On Sale of beer, wine and liquor be struck and <br />Section 5.33, 5.35 and 5.62 be amended to read: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Nfill'1esota State Statute 340A.504 HOURS A1"1TI DAYS OF SALE <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after Irs adoption <br />and publication as required by law. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City ofLexingron this 6th day ofJanuarl, 2000. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />- <br />
